The "My Calendars" are local to your computer and email account. You can also create an appointment directly from the email view. You can create appointments and event notifications directly from this view by clicking the day that you want to create the appointment and then clicking the "New Appointment" button. Removing the check box next to each calendar removes it from your view, so you can streamline your view to find upcoming events. You have a local calendar (My Calendars) and calendars stored on your iCloud account. If you installed the iCloud download from Apple (or it was installed by iTunes), the contacts folder is called iCloud.Outlook has several functions aside from it being a main application for receiving and sending email. If you installed iCloud from the Microsoft store, the address book name is Contacts.
Verify the folder is enabled as an Address Book. Right click on the iCloud Contacts folder and choose Properties, look on the Outlook Address Book tab. The iCloud installation should enable the iCloud Contacts as an Address Book automatically, but you can double-check just to be sure. If you double click on the Outlook Address Book, you'll see a list of all Contacts folders that are enabled as Address books. The iCloud Contacts are part of the Outlook Address Book. Well, they won't be listed separately in File, Account Settings, Address books. The contacts are not to be found in the Address Book or any reference to them under Account Settings – Address Books. My problem is with the iCloud contacts in the Address Book.
